Sungshin Women’s University Welcomes Delegation from Vietnam Women’s Academy to Discuss Academic Exchange Programs

SEOUL, June 4, 2026 — Sungshin Women’s University (SSU) welcomed a delegation from Vietnam Women’s Academy to its Woonjeong Campus on June 4 to discuss opportunities for future academic exchange and cooperation between the two institutions.
The delegation from Vietnam Women’s Academy was led by Vice President Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong and included Dr. Tran Thi My Luong, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Basic Sciences; Dr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; Dr. Nguyen Duc Toan, Deputy Director of the Institute of Information Technology; Ms. Ha Thuy Huyen, Vice Chair of the Department of Finance and Accounting; and Dr. Nguyen Phuong Chi, Deputy Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Research Management.
Representing Sungshin Women’s University were Dean Han Eui-seok of the College of Social Sciences and two staff members from the Office of International Affairs and Services.

The visit began with a campus tour, during which the delegation visited the Sungshin Women’s University Costume Museum and Art Gallery, gaining an overview of the University’s educational and cultural resources. Following the tour, representatives from both institutions held a meeting to discuss potential exchange programs and future areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, the two universities exchanged views on academic collaboration, student exchange, and other forms of institutional partnership. The visit provided a meaningful opportunity for Sungshin Women’s University and Vietnam Women’s Academy to deepen mutual understanding and explore ways to expand international engagement.

Through this meeting, Sungshin Women’s University reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening global partnerships and creating diverse academic and cultural exchange opportunities for students and faculty.
