미등록 휴학 / Leave of Absence before Tuition Payment
2026. 8. 1.(토) ~ 2026. 9. 14.(월)
※ 휴학을 희망하는 경우, 등록금을 납부하지 않고 미등록 휴학 기간 내 신청하시기 바랍니다.
※ Students who wish to take a leave of absence should apply during this period without paying tuition.
학기 중 휴학 / Leave of Absence during the Semester
2026. 9. 15.(화) ~ 2026. 12. 8.(화)
※ 학기 개시일(2026. 9. 1.) 이후 휴학하는 경우, 등록금 반환 기준에 따라 납부한 등록금이 차등 반환되며 이월되지 않습니다.
※ If a leave of absence is requested after the semester begins on September 1, 2026, tuition will be refunded according to the refund policy and will not be carried over to the next semester.

신청 절차:
통합정보시스템 신청 → 학과 승인 → 최종 승인

2026.8.25.(화) ~ 2026. 8. 29.(토)
※ 추가 복학 기간은 등록금 수납 일정에 따라 운영될 수 있습니다.
※ An additional return period may be available depending on the tuition payment schedule.
등록금 납부 후 익일부터 통합정보시스템에서 복학 신청 가능
Application is available through the Integrated Information System from the day after tuition payment.
신청 절차: 등록금 납부 → 통합정보시스템 복학 신청 → 최종 승인
Application Process: Tuition Payment → Apply through the Integrated Information System → Final Approval
▶휴학 및 복학 신청 후 반드시 신청 내역의 진행 상태와 최종 승인 여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
After applying, students must check the application status and final approval result.
▶통합정보시스템에 등록된 개인 연락처를 반드시 확인해 주세요. 최종 승인 또는 문제 발생 시 해당 연락처로 안내될 수 있습니다.
Please make sure your contact information in the Integrated Information System is up to date. Important notices may be sent to the registered contact information.
▶2026학년도 신입생, 2026학년도 2학기 순수 외국인 편입생 및 2026학년도 2학기 재입학생은 일정 학기 이수 전 휴학 신청이 불가합니다.
Freshmen admitted in 2026, international transfer students admitted for Fall 2026, and re-admitted students for Fall 2026 may not apply for a leave of absence before completing the required semester(s).
▶수강신청 및 등록금 납부를 완료했더라도 복학 신청을 하지 않으면 미복학 상태로 남습니다.
Even if course registration and tuition payment are completed, students will remain in “not returned from leave” status unless they submit a return application.
▶미복학 상태가 지속될 경우 수강신청 내역이 삭제되며, 미복학 제적 대상자가 될 수 있습니다.
If students remain in “not returned from leave” status, their course registration may be deleted and they may be subject to dismissal for failure to return.
▶창업휴학 및 육아(출산)휴학은 온라인 신청이 불가하며, 증빙서류를 준비하여 각 교학팀에 별도로 문의해야 합니다.
Leave of absence for start-up, childcare, or childbirth cannot be applied for online. Students must contact their college administration team separately with supporting documents.
▶외국인 유학생은 휴학 및 복학 신청 전 체류자격 관련 사항을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
International students are strongly advised to check matters related to their visa/residence status before applying for leave of absence or return from leave.
